Oscar Quagliarini is an internationally renowned bartender who recently has made many collaborations in Italy and abroad. Perfumery and herbal medicine enthusiast, Oscar is now our Creative Mixologist and brings to Il Bar in Milan his expertise in creating exclusive cocktails with refined ingredients and original combinations.
The new Cocktail List follows the idea of an original shopping journey in a contemporary store, where cocktails are inspired by clothing, styles and trends: hence, the name Emporium by Oscar Quagliarini.
A mixed collection of drinks that embody the essence of iconic elements such as tees, suits, design objects and high heels: a selection that ranges from the informal to the sophisticated, to satisfy our customers’ tastes with an unforgettable experience.

For the lovers of Sneakers, Oscar created Mary the Ghost with Merinda PachinEat Tomato Water, Vodka, Yuzu Bitter and Tomato Powder: a light and refreshing Bloody Mary thanks to the use of Tomato Water and the citrus scents of the Yuzu.
The informal man who prefers wearing Tees should try the Pre-Fidia with Q Vermouth White, Perfidie Liqueur, Mezcal and Soda: a pre dinner with slightly smoked notes and a complex bitterness, excellent but not for everyone.
While for women who can’t live without High Heels, the perfect choice is the Lune d'Abricot with Champagne, Yang Ylang Bitter and Lune d'Abricot Mousse: here the Apricots from France anticipate a refreshing glass of Champagne.
The Toys collect the mocktails, including the Garden Passion, with Passion Fruit, Ginger Ale, Lime and Forest Syrup, where the aromas of the forest meet the tropics of Passion Fruit.
