For New Year’s Eve dinner we offer a selection of delicious dishes to mix and create your own special menu.

You can choose between our three starters: the Potatoes Flan with Porcini Mushrooms, the Vegetable Compote and the Salmon Tartare.

In the first courses you can feel the typical scent of the undergrowth with the Potatoes Gnocchi with Porcini Mushrooms and in the Tagliolini with Black Truffle, while for the fish lovers we suggest the Linguine Pasta with Prawns and Clams.

Next, the Braised Beef with Nebbiolo Sauce or the Salmon Fillet with Vegetables Ratatouille.  

And for a sweet end, here’s our selection of desserts: the Raspberry Brownie, the Cheesecake with Salted Caramel and the classic Italian Panettone with Mascarpone Cream.
